Systems Assessment:
Once you engage with our consultancy firm, a support consultant will meet with your team to explore different issues. They will identify strength and weakness in your processes and conduct an assessment that includes an overall analysis of your findings. This can be reviewed as many times at needed before moving onto the next step.
Working Practices Assessment:
